Entry for the Birthday Book

Call into Hay Jewellers and fill in a form sending a special loved one or friend a birthday greeting that will be announced on radio, on their birthday. Entries must be received by 2pm for any birthday the following day. Entries for birthdays on the weekend and for Monday must be placed at Hay Jewellers by 2pm each Friday.
